This event marks a significant milestone in the academic and personal journeys of our graduates, and we are excited to celebrate with them and their loved ones.

Our commencement ceremony will recognize the outstanding achievements of our graduates, as they receive their well-deserved diplomas and embark on new chapters in their lives.

Date: Friday, December 6, 2024

Time: 9:00 a.m.

Location: Lee E. Williams Athletics & Assembly Center (Doors open at 7:30 a.m.)

Graduates and visitors should use the following commencement parking maps to learn more about commencement routes and parking lots available. 

In anticipation of high traffic volumes on Parkway, Prentiss, and Lynch Streets between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., attendees are advised to use the Dalton Street booth for entering and exiting the campus to get to their destinations.

Additionally, the Eastview Gate and the John A. Peoples Gate near Lynch Street will also be open for use.”

SAFETY TIPS:

Be aware of other motorists and pedestrians.

Always wear your seatbelt.

Don’t drive distracted.

In case of an emergency, call the Department of Public Safety immediately at (601) 979-2580.
